Peshtigo once had two railroads, including a mainline of the Chicago & North Western Railway (C&NW), as well as the mainline of the Wisconsin & Michigan Railway (W&M). Today, the former C&NW is owned by Canadian National Railway, while the former W&M is abandoned.
