Otranto once had a Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul & Pacific Railroad (Milwaukee Road) secondary line, a Chicago Great Western Railway (CGW) mainline and an Illinois Central Railroad (IC) branch line. Today, the former Milwaukee Road is owned by CPKC, while the former IC is owned by Canadian National Railway and the former CGW has been abandoned.
