Located in St. Louis Park, this bridge carries the former Minneapolis, Northfield & Southern across Minnesota Highway 7. Built in 1934 as part of an upgrade of Minnesota Highway 7, the bridge consists of a single through plate girder span, set onto concrete substructures. The bridge features a ballasted deck, rounded edges and is set onto a 60-degree right skew. This style bridge was very commonly used by railroads throughout the United States, as it was durable and easy to construct. Overall, the bridge appears to be in fair to good condition, with no significant deterioration noted. The author has rated the bridge as locally significant, due to the common design.
