Located on the west side of Rockford, this through girder bridge crosses Tay Street and the South Fork of Kent Creek.
Built in 1906, the bridge consists of a single through girder span, set onto stone substructures. This girder is of standard design.
Overall, the bridge appears to be in fair condition, with minor deterioration on the structure.

The author has ranked this bridge as being locally significant, due to the common design.
