Uptown is a community area in Chicago, located on the far north side of the city. The Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul & Pacific Railroad (Milwaukee Road) operated the Chicago & Evanston Division through the area. This line has since become a part of the CTA "L" Red/Purple lines.
