Located in the Irving Park neighborhood of Chicago, this through girder bridge crosses West Addison Street near N. Kilbourne Avenue.
Built in 1898, the bridge features a single through girder span, set onto concrete substructures.
As one of the earliest ordered track elevations in Chicago, this bridge and the others in the area feature steel structures. The concrete substructures on this bridge are unique, as stone was still commonly used at this time.
Overall, the bridge appears to be in fair condition, with minimal significant deterioration. A rehabilitation of this bridge is planned for 2021-2023.

The author has ranked this bridge as being locally significant, due to the common design and large numbers of similar bridges in the area.
