Shakopee, Minnesota

Shakopee once had two railroads. An east/west Milwaukee Road branch line and a north/south Omaha Road (C&NW) mainline. The C&NW is now a Union Pacific Mainline.

The MILW was turned into a popular trail in the 1980s. The trail is a shadow of its former self today with the swing bridge gone.
