Northfield and nearby Dundas had three lines, including a Chicago Great Western branch line, a Milwaukee Road/Rock Island main line and a Minneapolis, Northfield & Southern mainline.
Today, the Milwaukee Road is a Union Pacific mainline, while the CGW and MN&S are owned by Progressive Rail.
