Faribault, Minnesota

Faribault was a major railroad junction town in South Central Minnesota. The Milwaukee Road and Rock Island operated mainlines through the town, while the Chicago Great Western and Milwaukee Road operated branches through the town.
Today, the Rock Island is a Union Pacific mainline while the MILW mainline has become Canadian Pacific. The CGW is now a trail and the MILW branch is abandoned.
