Aurora, Illinois

Aurora is one of the major cities on the western edge of Chicagoland. It was once a major rail hub.
Out of the two four Chicago, Burlington & Quincy Mainlines, three are now BNSF and one is Illinois Railway.
In addition, there are Elgin, Joliet & Eastern and Chicago & North Western lines that are now trails, along with interurban railroads, which have been removed.
